Hindu oven

The Hindu oven consists of a great jar of mud that is warmed by interior. The food is cooked in its interior of two ways: The tender of the bread and of the Papadum sticks fast to the interior walls of the jar, and the meats and fish get in the interior fixed in a few long thongs.

In the restaurant NAMASTE all the roast plates are elaborated in an authentic worn oven ex-I practise (teach) of the India.
